Models and theories are useful to provide structure to training sessions. They provide hooks for us to hang information on - whether that's examples, practices, behaviours.
But a theory or model on its own isn't enough. Theories don't bring about behaviour change: action does. So people need to know how to apply the theory in the real world, which means bringing them to life.
We know from MASTER that for things to make sense, stick (and therefore be applied), delegates need to Sift for the Meaning and find their own connections. You can learn all about using MASTER to bring your training to life HERE. However, some theories can be difficult to bring to life, so here are some ideas to kick start your thinking.
