Struggling to research, design and develop impactful learning solutions because you’re stretched across meetings, delivering workshops and managing multiple stakeholders, with limited resources and tight deadlines?
You aren’t alone.
Since 2019, The Training Designers’ Club has been offering practical support to make creating great learning quicker, easier and less stressful AND providing personal development and a supportive community in the process.

The Problem You Face...
You’re a busy L&D consultant, facilitator, or training manager. Your day is non-stop, because you’re ‘it’ i.e. your entire business or department (or at least a significant part of it). You’re responsible for everything from strategy to admin, and whilst this means you never get bored, you also never get a minute to catch your breath, let alone THINK.
Amidst this chaos, you’re tasked with designing an engaging training session, due yesterday. Because you’re brilliant, you always mange to somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat and deliver, but it’s exhausting.
It’s hard to create something impactful, innovative, yet feasible, all while managing expectations of multiple stakeholders and protecting your own sanity. It’s a high-wire act, balancing the need for quality with the reality of tight timelines and even tighter budgets.
And doing it alone? That’s the hardest part. Without a sounding board or a second set of eyes, every decision feels like a leap into the unknown, and you always wonder if you could have done better.
How Can I Help?
In simple terms, I’m here to have your back.
I set up the Training Designers’ Club to provide a safety net for L&D professionals like you. Whether you’re looking for reassurance, fresh ideas, on-demand resources to speed things up, or would benefit from building your own skills, or a having a quick ‘no strings attached’ collaboration, I can help.
Our members have been where you are, squeezing design time into lunch breaks, revising materials in the evening, producing PowerPoints at the weekend. See how they’ve taken the pressure off themselves and transformed their approach to L&D with a little help from their friends at The Training Designers’ Club…
I have learned practical tips on designing effectively and my confidence in this area has drastically improved. Having a psychologically safe space to share my ideas/ successes and failures is also invaluable.
The VIP members are an awesome community of very talented trainers and coaches all willing to share their knowledge and expertise. The word synergy springs to mind 1+1=3,000 with this group.
As a HR Manager with responsibility for training, I needed help designing a session quickly. Within a morning I’d been given loads of ideas, signposts to useful resources, a core structure AND identified ready-written training material that I can use. This has saved me SO much research and development time! I just has to shape it and deliver it.
I am in a stand-alone learning and development role and having the opportunity to work with like minded professionals has helped me to consider different approaches to designing training. They are my virtual L&D team.
