So many leadership models, so many ways to explore them!
With this simple exercise you can quickly get participants to define whichever model you’re exploring: Action Centred leadership, Situational Leadership, Authentic Leadership.
Create a card sort from the handouts or simply use them as prompts for a flipchart (or virtual flipchart) exercise. It’s a quick way to clarify definitions and allow you to move on to exploring the styles in more detail knowing that everyone has the same understanding.
