Innovation in L&D by Matt Ash – A good session, practical, thought provoking with some good take-aways.

Should we measure Impact or Learning? – Notes from a debate between Will Thalheimer and Clarke Quinn

Designing training to change behaviour – A truly excellent session by Julie Dirksen that didn’t shy away from the difficulties associated with behavioural training. Some really insightful learning and practical ideas provided. Well worth my time attending, and well worth your time reading!

Gamification Elements in Learning – Very interesting session by Karl Kapp that looks at the elements of games that can be incorporated into learning design. Helpfully, he provided a workbook that includes the main points. Whilst there’s nothing explicit about not sharing, please do keep this just for yourself.
