Dear Training Designer's Club: What's the best way to structure a Management Development Programme?

As with many things in L&D, there's no single right way to put a management development programme together. Having written over a dozen in my career, I tend to follow a tried and tested approach, but it's not the only way.

We have to be mindful of organisation priorities, specific learner needs and keep practicalities in mind when choosing an approach for management development.

This video discusses the more traditional approach, but also a alternative that could work just as well, or even better in specific circumstances.
