October 1, 2021Lunch n Learn Replays, ReplaysNo Commentsadmin

Did you know that around 20% of the population is neurodiverse? that means that 1 in 5 of our delegates may find it valuable for us to provide just a little extra direction, or to have alternative ways to approach exercises.

Sam Warner - a professional training facilitator and speaker, who is neurodiverse herself, provides and overview of what to look out for and what we can do to make out training more inclusive.

You can watch the recording here.

Here's a handy guide to understanding neuro-diversity in relation to designing and delivering training.

AND here's a bonus booklet by the Scottish ADHD Coalition all about how to support people with ADHD in the workplace.
