As covid restrictions begin to be lifted in the UK, we turned out attention to next big challenge for L&D – How to design (and deliver) an event for a hybrid group i.e. some in the room and some on Zoom.

In a workshop-style event we were able to capture the ideas of over 20 L&D professionals to help us to prepare for the challenges and be equipped to overcome them.
