If you're looking for a virtual activity with a difference, this is it! Fun, physical and creative (and shamelessly stolen from Girl Guiding UK), this exercise can simply be used as an energiser throughout a longer session OR to lead into discussions around creativity, problem solving and (with a minor variation) working as a team.
You need about 5 minutes for delegates to get set up, and after that it's up to you - it can take anything from 5 minutes to 90 depending on how many rounds you play and how you weave it through the day and how you debrief each round.
