We believe that the purpose of training is to enable people to do their jobs better: more competently, confidently, efficiently or effectively. And it’s the Training Manager’s job to create or provide programmes that do that in an engaging, timely and cost-effective way.
However, that isn’t always easy.
To design training that people want to do AND is easily transferable to the workplace takes knowledge, expertise and time. For people to transfer learning to the workplace there needs to be a clear correlation between what they learn during training, and their everyday role. We believe that the best training solutions are bespoke, so that’s what we specialise in creating. That doesn’t mean every single example, activity or page in a workbook is 100% unique. Of course, from time to time we do re-use some tried and tested material, but we always start with a blank sheet of paper rather than an existing course.
