Canva is a fantastic tool for training designers. It allows you to create professional looking workbooks, handouts and slides as well being a brilliant way to generate images for your social media and marketing. The Magic Write function even uses artificial intelligence to create content for you.

Even the free version has great functionality, although the selection of templates, images and videos is much smaller (and you only get 25 uses of the Magic Write function, so use it carefully!).

Rather than reinvent the wheel, I thought I’d highlight a couple of useful resources to help you to use it effectively.

Canva have been naughty and made it difficult to find JUST the free elements. But it is possible. A bit of a faff, but possible. THIS BLOG explains how.
