As L&D professionals, we tend to know a LOT of stuff! WE have great great breadth of knowledge, accumulated over many years. We may also be subject-matter experts, who deliver a specific topic to a wide range of audiences. Maybe we also have to work with specialists to design training OR rely on them to deliver aspects.
Having access to such vast knowledge can of course, be a great advantage, but there is also a flipside – we can know too much and suffer from the curse of knowledge.
