As training has become more technical, it can be easy to forget some more old-fashioned methods... ESPECIALLY when the majority of training is delivered virtually. How can you possible incorporate post-it notes, flipsharts and koosh balls? Well, we've overcome the post-it note issues, and embraced collaborative whiteboard apps, but we still use them via keyboard....
