With so much useful information and free resources available on the internet these days, learning designers no longer have to create everything from scratch. Obviously, some things are very bespoke and must still be designed for a particular issue or audience, but for many general skills, there’s little point in reinventing the wheel.
So as well as creating great content, learning designers increasingly have to CURATE great content. That means finding it in the first place, giving it some context and making it easy to find.
