We all recognise the importance of offering a blended solution to maximise flexibility and include as many people as possible. However, those who create elearning and those who deliver live learning tend to operate in parallel worlds.
Becoming a GOOD elearning designer takes time and dedication but if you want to expand your offering beyond live training and video-based courses you may be put off by the technical nature (and cost) of elearning design, especially if you are freelance or work for a small business.
Jennifer Lindsay-Finan has been creating elearning for years BUT she also designs and delivers live and virtual training so she understands your starting point.
Watch the recording of our session and think about how you might incorporate it into your own solutions…
