1. Enrolment and Application Process:
You must complete an application for each product you plan to use for promotion. This ensures that all promotional activities are approved and aligned with our brand.
The information provided during registration must be accurate and legal. This is crucial to maintain the integrity and legality of our affiliate programme.
We reserve the right to accept or reject applications. This allows us to maintain quality control over our affiliates and ensure alignment with our brand values and goals.
2. Affiliate Relationship:
Your role is that of an independent affiliate, not as an employee or contractor. This means you have the freedom to work as you choose but are not entitled to employee benefits.
The relationship is non-exclusive, meaning you can promote other products and services and we can engage other affiliates.
3. Compensation:
You’ll receive a 30% commission on qualifying sales made through your referral links. This is your incentive for promoting our products.
Commissions are calculated on the net value of sales after excluding VAT, etc. This ensures that your earnings are based on the actual revenue generated.
Payments are made monthly via PayPal, and adjustments are made for any refunds or cancellations. This helps manage financial transactions efficiently and transparently.
4. Affiliate Dashboard:
You have access to a dashboard to track referrals and sales, providing transparency and real-time data.
You are responsible for reporting any discrepancies to ensure accurate and fair compensation.
5. Link Attribution:
The ‘last clicked wins’ model means the last affiliate link clicked before a purchase determines who gets the commission. Even if you initially alert someone to a product, if they subsequently buy via a different link, yours is effectively overridden.
You may not under any circumstances download courses or materials and sell them from your own website. All sales must come via the Training Designer’s Club website.
6. Permissions and Exclusions:
You are not permitted to sell products to yourself using the affiliate link, or to knowingly sell to VIP members of the Training Designer’s Club. Neither are you permitted to promote within the Training Designer’s Club VIP or free communities on Facebook, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
You may promote in your general networks, your own communities or via your own mailing list.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks:
Commissions are subject to change if a sale is refunded. This aligns earnings with actual sales.
8. Promotions:
You may participate in promotional campaigns, but it’s optional. This offers flexibility in how you choose to engage with our offerings.
You will be informed of upcoming promotions and provided with marketing materials to support it.
9. System Availability:
We strive to keep the affiliate system available at all times but aren’t liable for unforeseen interruptions. This clause manages expectations regarding system uptime.
10. Affiliate’s Duties and Responsibilities:
You are required to disclose that your links are affiliate links, following regulatory guidelines. This ensures that your promotional activities are responsible and lawful.
11. Term and Termination:
The agreement has no set end date and can be terminated by either party at any time. This offers flexibility for both parties.
Commissions for sales made up to 30 days after termination will still be honoured, ensuring fairness in compensation.
12. Intellectual Property:
You can use our trademarks and logos according to our guidelines, but the rights to these remain with us. This helps protect our brand identity.
13. Marketing Guidelines:
You must follow our guidelines where provided when representing our products, ensuring consistent and accurate brand messaging.
Misleading or unethical practices are prohibited to maintain the integrity of our brand and affiliate programme.
14. Data Protection:
You must comply with GDPR and data protection laws, ensuring the privacy and security of personal data. This is crucial for legal compliance and maintaining user trust.
15. General Clauses:
Standard contractual clauses provide a framework for the agreement’s legal standing and outline the procedures for various legal scenarios.
