This course will allow you to design engaging and effective live training by following a simple structure that incorporates accelerated learning principles – whether its face to face or virtual. MASTER is a structure devised by Colin Rose, and it makes designing impactful training so easy - even if you've never done it before.

So if you're not sure how to bring your content to life, worry that your course is too dry, or isn't transferring to the workplace, this course will help you.

The content takes around 75-120 minutes to work through, BUT we recommend that you use the course to guide you through a top-level design, so clear some time in your diary and learn as you design a course!

You are provided with summary handouts and worksheets to act as a reminder and capture your thoughts as you go.
